TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Manarika Refer & Earn Programme

The following Terms and conditions of the Manarika.com Refer & Earn Programme (“the Programme”) constitute the agreement between Manarika.com and both our existing customers (“Referrers”) and the friends they refer (“Referred Friends”) in the context of the Programme.

  1. Eligibility: As part of the programme, to refer friends, the referrer, must be a registered customer on Manarika.com. Referred Friend must be a new customer of Manarika.com and should not have already signed up with us under any email address.
  2. Refer & Earn – Rewards Outline: Refer your friends to Netmeds and they’ll get Flat 20% OFF on our products (pre-paid/COD order) and 20% Supercash (pre-paid, medicine order) on their First Purchase worth a minimum of Rs. 500 or more on Manarika.com. You, the Referrer/Existing customer, get a Rs. 150 SuperCash after your friend’s first order is delivered.
  3. How to Refer:

Step 1: To Refer Your Friend(s), you must log in to your account and go to Refer & Earn section.

Step 2: Share your referral code on display to your friend by clicking on the referral link ‘Tap to share Code with your friends’.

Step 3: After you click the link, select the option you want to share such as WhatsApp/SMS or others to send your referral code. Now a message will be sent to your friend on your behalf, including your Referral code.

NOTE: A maximum of 25 Referral rewards are only allowed per registered customer.

  1. What “the Referred Friends” Get: When the friend you referred places the first order using your referral code (unlimited validity), he/she will receive a Flat 20% off ONLY on the FIRST ‘Pre-Paid/COD’ order of our products worth a minimum of Rs. 500 or more. PLUS, your friend is also entitled to receive a 20% SuperCash after the successful delivery of the first ‘Pre-Paid-only’ products order worth Rs. 500 or more. The validity of 20% SuperCash is 60 days from the date of credit.
  • What “the Referrers” Get: After your friend’s first order is delivered, we will credit your e-Wallet with Rs. 150 SuperCash, which is applicable for a maximum of 25 successful Referrals only. The Rs. 150 SuperCash can be redeemed on pre-paid orders of products only. Also, the 150 SuperCash can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of the total value of products in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (60 days from the date of credit) of your SuperCash wallet amount.
  1. Referred Friends – Reward: Terms and Conditions
    • How to get a Flat 20% discount on Medicines + 20% SuperCash

Step 1: Sign up, add medicines to your cart and apply the referral Coupon Code (shared by the Referrer/Existing customer) on the shopping cart page.

NOTE: A minimum order worth Rs. 500 is required to be eligible for the Flat 20% discount on medicines and a 20% SuperCash.

Step 2: You get an immediate 20% discount (max discount: Rs. 5000) on a ‘Pre-paid/COD’ order worth Rs. 500 or more. Also, upon the delivery of your (pre-paid only) order worth Rs. 500 or more, you will get a credit of 20% SuperCash* (max cashback: Rs. 3000) to your wallet.

  • Note: The 20% SuperCash is eligible on fully Pre-paid orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). COD orders are not eligible for 20% SuperCash.
  • *The 20% SuperCash can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of the total value in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (60 days from the date of credit) of your SuperCash wallet amount. NOTE: NO other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers can be applied for the orders where the SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed.
  • If your prepaid order worth Rs. 500 is reduced to LESS THAN Rs. 500 once the Referral coupon code discount is applied, then such an order will NOT qualify for the Cashback. So, the Net Amount Payable for such an order, AFTER the application of the Referral coupon code discount, should be Rs. 500 or more to receive the 20% SuperCash.

 (ii) Key points on Flat 20% discount on Medicines + 20% SuperCash

  • The referral code to get Flat 20% SuperCash is meant for SINGLE use only and can be used ONLY towards the first purchase made by the Referred friend. Note: The Referral codes do not expire. The Referral code discount cannot be combined with any other offers or coupon discounts.
  • While the FLAT 20% discount (max discount Rs. 5000) is valid on Pre-Paid/COD orders of all Orders, the 20% SuperCash is valid ONLY on Pre-Paid orders.
  • A minimum order of Products worth Rs. 500 is required to be eligible for the Flat 20% discount on the order and a 20% SuperCash.
  • Shipping Charges are not covered by the referral code discount, and Regular shipping charges will apply on ALL orders. Regular shipping charges are as follows: Delivery charges for orders up to Rs. 149.99 is Rs. 50 and charges for order values between Rs. 150 and Rs. 999.99 is Rs. 25; FREE Delivery on orders of Rs. 1000 or more.
  • The referral code discount is not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be exchanged for any other product.

(iii) Points to note – About 20% SuperCash

  • The 20% SuperCash will be credited into the Referred Friend’s e-Wallet account ONLY after the pre-paid order (placed using the referral coupon code) is delivered.
  • The maximum cashback amount (20% SuperCash) is capped at Rs. 3000 per transaction. The validity of the SuperCash is 60 days from the date of credit.
  • The 20% SuperCash wallet amount can be used to redeem pre-paid orders of medicines only. Also, the 20% SuperCash can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of the total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (60 days from the date of credit) of your SuperCash wallet amount.
  • The 20% SuperCash is calculated based on the post-discounted value, which is obtained after deducting the 20% discount amount from your total prescription order amount.

For example: If your prescription order amount is Rs. 1000, you get an immediate discount of Rs. 200. Upon the delivery of your pre-paid order, a cashback of Rs. 160 (20% of the post-discounted value of Rs. 800 [1000-200]) as SuperCash will be credited into your wallet.

  • The 20% SuperCash is eligible for the orders pre-paid through any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) net banking (iii) available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available) alone or combined with any of the aforesaid payment methods. COD orders are not eligible for 20% SuperCash. The 20% SuperCash will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using the e-voucher code.

(iv) How to redeem 20% SuperCash?

  • Just follow these 3 easy steps to use/redeem your SuperCash, after it has been credited to your wallet account.
  • Step 1: Add the products to your cart.
  • Step 2: On the Cart page, on the right-hand side, check the “SuperCash” button and the deduction of your SuperCash will be immediately reflected, at the bottom, under the Payment details heading. Note: The SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of the total value of the order in your cart in one pre-paid transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your SuperCash wallet amount.
  • Step 3: Review the order and complete the payment.
  • You should log in to your account and check under the SuperCash segment of your Wallet to know the value of your SuperCash, which will be credited once your pre-paid order, placed using the referral coupon code, has been delivered. Please note that we will also notify you about the cashback credit amount via email as well as SMS once your order is delivered.
  • Expiry of 20% SuperCash Wallet Amount: The 20% cashback amount that has been credited to your Manarika SuperCash wallet will expire 60 days from the date of credit.
  • Any unused Manarika SuperCash, pursuant to this offer, shall automatically lapse after 60 days from the credit date and shall stand forfeited.
  • The Manarika SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed on fully Pre-paid orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). Note: COD orders are not eligible for redemption of the cashback amount.
  • Your earned 20% SuperCash can be used to pay for your next order along with any of the following pre-payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) Net Banking (iii) Cash or other available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available). NOTE: ANY other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers CANNOT be applied for the orders where the SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed.
  • The SuperCash can be redeemed on the purchase ONLY.
  • The SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of the total value of the receipt in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your SuperCash wallet amount.
  • cashback will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing SuperCash wallet balance amount.
  • Regular shipping charges will apply on ALL orders where the 20% SuperCash amount (full or part) has been used to make payment. So Shipping Charges are EXTRA and cannot be paid using a 20% SuperCash amount.
  • Regular shipping charges are as follows: Delivery charges for orders up to Rs. 149.99 is Rs. 50 and charges for order values between Rs. 150 and Rs. 999.99 is Rs. 25; FREE Delivery on orders of Rs. 1000 or more.
  • The SuperCash wallet amount is non-replaceable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • The SuperCash wallet amount is not redeemable for cash.
  • For any reason, an order placed using the 20% SuperCash has been fully/partially cancelled within the validity period, and the used-up SuperCash amount, accordingly, will be credited back to the customer’s e-wallet account.
  1. Referrer Reward – Rs. 150 SuperCash: Terms and Conditions
  • The Referrer’s e-wallet will be credited with Rs. 150 SuperCash (cashback) after the redeemed Referred friend’s first order is delivered, and the referrer will be notified of the earned cashback Reward via SMS. Also, the Referrer can log in to the Manarika.com account and check under the SuperCash segment of Wallet to know the credit of Rs. 150 SuperCash.
  • NOTE: The Referrer is entitled to receive Rs. 150 SuperCash for a maximum of 25 successful Referrals only.
  • ORDER TYPE: The Rs. 150 SuperCash can be on fully Pre-paid orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). Note: COD orders are not eligible for redemption of the cashback amount.
  • PRODUCT TYPE: The Rs. 150 SuperCash can be redeemed on the purchase ONLY.
  • REDEMPTION LIMIT: The 150 SuperCash can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of the total value of the order in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (60 days from the date of credit) of your SuperCash wallet amount.
  • EXPIRY of Rs. 150 SuperCash Wallet Amount: The Rs. 150 SuperCash amount that has been credited to your SuperCash wallet will expire 60 days from the date of credit.
  • Any unused Rs. 150 SuperCash, pursuant to this Refer and earn programme, shall automatically lapse after 60 days from the credit date and shall stand forfeited.
  • PAYMENT TYPE: Your earned Rs. 150 SuperCash can be used to pay for your order along with any of the following ‘pre-payment’ modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) Net Banking (iii) Cash or other available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available). NOTE: ANY other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers CANNOT be applied for the orders where the SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed. COD is not eligible for orders where Rs. 150 SuperCash is used for payment.
  • Regular shipping charges will apply on orders where Rs. 150 SuperCash has been used to make payments. So Shipping Charges are EXTRA and cannot be paid using Rs. 150 SuperCash.
  • CANCELLATION: For any reason, an order placed using the Rs. 150 SuperCash has been partially modified/cancelled within the validity period, the used-up SuperCash amount will be credited back to the customer’s Manarika’s e-wallet account.
  • The SuperCash wallet amount is non-replaceable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • The SuperCash wallet amount is not redeemable for cash.

 How to redeem Rs. 150 SuperCash?

  • Just follow these 3 easy steps to use/redeem your SuperCash, after it has been credited to your Manarika.com wallet account.
  • Step 1: Add the Products to your cart.
  • Step 2: On the Cart page, on the right-hand side, check the “SuperCash” button and the deduction of your SuperCash will be immediately reflected, at the bottom, under the Payment details heading. Please note: The  SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of the total value in your cart in one pre-paid transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your SuperCash wallet amount.
  • Step 3: Review the order and complete the payment.

NOTE: Cashback will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing SuperCash wallet balance amount.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Manarika.com reserves the right to disqualify or invalidate any individual’s referral reward, which has been obtained through fraud or abuse of this ‘Refer and Earn’ Programme or otherwise in violation of these terms.
  • Manarika.com also reserves the right to cancel the ‘Refer and Earn’ Programme, change the Referrer/Referred Friend reward or alter the eligibility criteria at any time and, for any reason, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. The Referrer and the Referred Friend/customer will be deemed to have accepted such changes after they are posted.
  • The Manarika ‘Refer and Earn’ Programme is solely intended for personal and non-commercial purposes only, and the referral code may only be shared with your personal contacts or friends.
  • The Referrer cannot refer any of the existing Manarika.com customers OR the customers who have already signed up with us.
  • Note: As a maximum of 25 Referral rewards are only allowed per registered customer, the 26th referral or subsequent referrals will not get you any reward from Manarika.com in any respect.
  • By entering into the Programme, the ‘Referrer’ shall be deemed to have permitted Manarika.com to send a message to the friend on his/her behalf, including the Referral code.
  • Manarika.com reserves the right to revise the reward of ‘Referrer’ and/or ‘Referred Friend’ under this Offer at any point in time with or without prior notice to the customers.
  • Manarika.com reserves the right to withdraw the SuperCash from the customers’ wallet account if any fraudulent activity is identified for the sake of availing the benefits under the Programme.
  • Manarika.com is not responsible for any failed transactions as part of this Programme NOR liable for any failures relating to technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other issues of any kind to the extent that these may prevent the Customer from participating/availing the benefits of this Programme.
  • Manarikas’ decision shall be final and binding in all circumstances with respect to the matters relating to the Programme.
  • By entering into the Programme, both ‘Referrer’ and ‘Referred Friend’ shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Programme.
  • The Manarika Refer & Earn Programme shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Hyderabad.
